She has previously managed a number of early years settings across various London boroughs and is currently working hard to ensure that the nursery achieves the highest standards in welfare and learning and development. Nabeela manages the nursery team, supports them, and identifies their training and support needs. She is the first point of contact for staff, parents and carers, and she operates an open door policy. She is always ready to meet the needs of parents, children and staff.
